Media Library
Every event has its own folder (🎵), and you can make your own folders (📁) for anything else. Pick a folder to see and upload its photos and videos; use “Move to…” on a file to file it elsewhere.
Files go into the selected event's folder. To show them on the website, open the event and add them to its gallery.
Registration Forms
Toggle availability and paste updated Google Forms links for upcoming performances.
System Status
Live check of the connections the editor depends on. Credentials are stored on the server and are never sent to the browser.

How publishing works
1. Photos and videos
Uploads go straight to Cloudinary, into a folder for the event. Their links are saved into the event in the order shown in the editor.
2. Saving
Saving an event or registration updates the website automatically. Changes appear on the live site in about 2–3 minutes.
3. If two people edit at once
If someone else saved the same event after you opened it, your save is stopped instead of overwriting their work. Reload the page and make your change again.
